INERGEN 200 Bar System
Gaseous Clean Agent Fire Suppression System
INERGEN systems utilize three atomospheric gases to suppress surface fires in Class A, B, and C hazards by lowering the oxygen concentraion below the level that supports combustion, while maintaining an environment that will allow a person to breathe. Since nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide are naturally occuring, the inert gases within this clean agent system return to atmosphere after a discharge causing no environmental impact. The system can be actuated by detection and control equipment for automatic system operation along with providing local and remote manual operation as needed. Accessories are used to provide alarms, ventilation control, door closures, or other auxiliary shutdown or functions.
Features
- Suited for suppressing fire hazards where an electrically non-conductive medium is essential or required, where the clean-up of other agents is problematic, or where the hazard is normally occupied and requires a non-toxic agent.
- Multiple space protection with Selector Valves
- Marine INERGEN System has U.S. Coast Guard Appproval
- 150 bar (2175 psi) pressure stored within the cylinders providing 575 cubic feet of INERGEN gas
- UL/ULC Listed and FM Approved
Benefits
INERGEN Inert Gas does not support combustion, or impact the ozone layer, and has no global warming potential.
The acoustic nozzle is intended for use in applications requiring a system discharge generating a lower sound output than a standard suppression nozzle, with data centers and server rooms being typical applications.
Allowing people to safely exit a protected space without obscured vision.
Thus avoiding the hazardous breakdown of products.
